March 30, 2009

Dear friends of ALSA,

Book Ideas for a Town Wide Reading Program

I'm looking for a book, fiction, memoir or anthology that the town of Groton could read for our town wide reading program in 2011. Our focus is on immigration and the immigrant experience. I'd love to find a book that highlights the US Mexico border region and helps people think differently about undocumented workers. Books about other countries are welcome as well. Let me know if you have any ideas. Thanks.
